With the establishment of the three-grade curriculum management system, the development of school-based curriculum has increasingly been concerned about. As an important supplement to national curriculum, school-based curriculum reflects the idea of "base-on-school". It emphasizes the opening, democracy, participation of school-based curriculum, communion and collaboration between each side. School-based curriculum meets the different requirements of students'development and reflects the characteristics of different schools. As an indispensable step to school-based curriculum development, evaluation of school-based curriculum is not only a directional system, but also a process of quality controlling. It runs through the whole course of school-based curriculum development. Through exploring the meanings, rules, standards, contents, index system, evaluating body, methods of school-based curriculum evaluation together with theory analysis combing with investigation, we try to establish a framework for school-based curriculum evaluation, promote the development and consummation of school-based curriculum and ensure that the school-based curriculum as a dynamic continuous subject to operate healthily.
