Pick toIn order to cultivate students' awareness of the rule of law,the textbook Politi cs and the Rule of Law has added many contents of the rule of law education.The renami ng of the textbook also reflects the promotion of the status of the rule of law education in the high school section and the emphasis on cultivating students' core qualities.This paper Law through literature review,text analysis and case analysis.Based on the analysis of the textbook,it analyzes the difficulties and causes in the teaching of the rule of law education,and gives basic suggestions for the implementation of the teaching of the rule of law education.Following the train of thought of "proposing problems,analyzing problems and solving problems",this paper is divided into five parts:Part ?:Introduction.It mainly includes research background,literature review and research content.The second part:by reading the relevant legal education teaching literature,the definition of legal education,legal education content and other concepts,through the study of national legal education related policies,demonstrated the necessity and feasibility of high school legal education teaching research.The third part:the text analysis of the rule of law education content in the textbook"Politics and the Rule of Law",the distribution of the law knowledge,rule of law ability,rule of law sentiment,attitude and values of the rule of law in "politics and rule of law" to summarize and analyze the theme of the rule of law.On the basis of the distribution analysis of the content,the characteristics of its presentation are summarized as follows:the choice of content pays attention to the reality of senior high school students' legal life,the is close to students' life and needs.The fourth part:on the basis of the analysis of the teaching material,combining the rule of law education according to the process of teaching,from the preparation,found that the content of the current rule of law education facing the content lessons more difficult under the rule of law,rule of law education teaching time is tight,the rule of law,the teaching effect is difficult to test the three dilemmas and concrete analysis.The reasons can be summarized in the following four aspects:the text description of the content of rule of law in the textbook is long and difficult to deal with;The case developed according to the textbook is separated from the student's perspective;Teachers' legal literacy;Finally,the evaluation is too exam-oriented and fails to care for the long-term overall development of students.Part ?:Based on the characteristics of the content of the rule of law education in the textbook Politics and the Rule of Law and the difficulties it faces in the classroom,the author puts forward some suggestions,such as making full use of the favorable factors in the textbook Politics and the Rule of Law,expanding the application forms,enhancing teachers' consciousness,training and improving the evaluation.It is expected to provide some reference for the legal education teaching in the future textbooks.
