The sports view is an object reflection that the human take from the sports phenomenon. It also refers to the view and the manner of the human beings, which belongs to the ideology category. Because the social environment of the people locating is different in every stage, the understanding of the human beings own and the sports is also different. When the advanced international sports thought begins to change from paying attention to "the thing" into thinking heavily of "the human" gradually, the domestic sports thought center still paused in the level of paying more attention to "the thing" than to "the human", and neglects the thorough research of the sports energetic culture and pays more attention to the physical ability, the skill, the physique and so on which belongs to the level of "the transformation" and the distinguish between animal's psychology and the invisible sports energetic culture of the human beings is neglected actually. Thus, the China sports cultural reconstruction on the self-denial evolution chain link must carry on developing the good and discarding the bad, screening and constructing to establish the humanist scientific sports view. The scientific sports view must regard the humanist as the highest essence achievement of the sports which manifesting the relation between the "the human" and "the thing". The humanist sports view is respecting, caring athlete and respecting, loving the audience in the sports. Doing every thing must satisfy the athlete's development, populace's demanding, and take athlete and populace's benefit as goal and home to return to. This is the basic request and manifests specifically of humanist historical materialism of Marxism. Persisting the humanist sports view must establish human's main body and the central status in sports to promoting the human's full development as the most important task. The 16th reports pointed out, "to developing advanced culture is to develop the nationality's science populace's socialism culture of facing the modernization, facing the world, facing the future and to enhance the human's energetic by rich the human's mental world. Constructing the humanist sports view must conform to the request of "three qualitative", the humanist sports is inevitably the national, the science and populace's sports. To research the reconstruction of country sports view must persist the principle of emancipating the mind, seeking truth from facts and going with time. The sports view transformation is a systems engineering. If we analysis only from the variation relationship between the main body and the object position of human's in the sports process and if the man as the main body in the sports (inner man) takes the sports as a path to improve the body quality and the physical achievement, his sport objective is for "the thing" not "the human" Therefore, the present age sports must establish " to pay equal attention to 'the thing'and 'the human', heavier person" thought, namely humanist sports view. The humanity idea and scientific thought must be showed by "the thing" (the sports events), so there must be "the thing" in the sport. But the sport is a carrier and method, not the goal. The sport if only has "the thing" is impossible because "the thing" lacking the human nature and the technology content in the sports is the low-grade movement, even dangerous "the thing". That is to say, in the sports, the cultivation high level "the human" can accomplish the high level "the thing". Otherwise, if purely makes "the thing", neglects the cultivation "the human", then it is difficult to optimize and sustainable develop "the thing".
