On Model And Method Of Teaching Reform Of New Courses

The foundation of the most important projects is based on education; thefundamental importance of the educational matter is based on teachers. It is acrucial content of implementing strategy of rejuvenating China by applyingscientific and technological advances to improve the teachers'quality ofeducation. In a certain sense, the quality of the education is determined by thequality of the teachers. The disparity of education reflects the teacher'sdisparity after all. The issue of the Course Reform Outline of the BasicEducation indicates the basic education of our country enters a brand-newstage, which has proposed the unprecedented challenge to the teachersespecially in terms of switching teachers'roles urgently, bringing about anadvance in teacher's specialty and strengthening teachers'training. With theconstant development and promotion of new course reform the tentativeanalysis on the patterns and methods of the teachers under the neweducational environment bears deeply theoretical and realistic meanings. Inthis paper I attempt to carry on the discussions on the modes and methods ofthe teachers'education under the new course reform environment from theperspectives of the public management, in the hope of offering beneficialhelp for the teachers'education under the new background.This paper consists of three parts.In Chapter One, the focus is put on the background and direction of theteachers'educational reform. In order to serve this purpose, the first sectionin Chapter One mainly and briefly explains the definition and developmentcourse of the teachers'education. The second part in Chapter One hasexpounded the progressing direction and international background of theteachers'educational reform.
