Job burnout is a man can't effectively relieve individuals working pressure or properly cope with thework of the difficulties and frustrations experience of exhaustion of body and mind condition in the helphuman industry It is typical of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and diminished personalaccomplishment. Teacher burnout is a teacher is unable to effectively deal with the pressure of work,whichlead to the extreme psychological reaction, is a teacher in a high level of pressure with experience as aresult of the emotion, and attitude and behavior of the failure condition. High school history is to teachstudents to explore the rules of the development of the history, and grasp the history, information to thereference, rouse national spirit, edify national emotion of classroom. History of the discipline of teachinginvolves many aspects of content, so to history teacher quality requirements of relatively high. High schoolhistory teaching reform and development requirements history teacher must have high and comprehensivequality. History courses the nature and function of the high school history teacher to the professionalknowledge of the literacy, education theory attainment and related knowledge skills literacy requirements,it is putting pressure on history teacher, if not handled properly, it will be easy to burnout. In order to highschool history teaching development, it is necessary for us to study the teachers' job burnout relatedproblems. This paper based on the domestic and foreign literature and has some research results, thequestionnaire, interview method of collecting evidence, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, andthe combination of field explores the current high school history teacher job burnout situation, cause,negative effects, and the teacher burnout to propose the countermeasure and the suggestion. The author inMBI-GS scale basis to develop a "high school history teacher work condition" survey, the Xinxiang city ofhenan province, the history of the13middle school teachers for test, issue questionnaire and interviewssurvey and analysis. Results show that:(1) high school history teacher there was a general sense of jobburnout, the performance characteristics from high to low in turn is emotional exhaustion, diminishedpersonal accomplishment and to personified.(2) different teaching age, education background, professionaltitle gender and school history teacher tired feeling different degrees.(3) history teachers' professional andthe generation of main factor tired subject prejudice, work labor intensity and low labor compensation, teachers' quality lacking, the pressure of competition etc.(4) of teachers' occupational tiredness for teachersthemselves, school and teaching students have a negative effect.In the findings, this paper puts forward the prevention and small digestion high school history teacherburnout Suggestions and countermeasures:(1) social support, to continue to push forward the middleschool history curriculum reform and increase the new high school history teacher's salary.(2) the schoolhave to pay attention to the history and history teacher, the implementation of the flexibility of the teacherevaluation system.(3) high school history teachers have to have the strong quality, psychologicaladjustment, a firm career aspiration.
