Job burnout is mainly expressed as Emotional exhaustion, Depersonalization and Reduced personal accomplishment, which will partly affect personal psychological state and behavioral effect of the work. Choosing the PE teacher of the Shanghai middle school as the testees, on the basis of Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) and Burnout Measure (BM), obeying the principle of psychological and statistics and according to the PE characters of Shanghai middle school, the article developed the"job burnout inventory of the PE teachers of Shanghai middle school". On the basis of the confirmation of its reliability and validity materials, we investigate the testees'job burnout. The result shows that: (1) The PE teachers of Shanghai middle school get little high Emotional exhaustion record, lower Depersonalization record and high personal accomplishment record. (2) The age of the teachers, coach or not, executive or not, Antecedents, Degrees, Technical post, Income level bring significant effect to PE teachers of Shanghai middle school. (3) The sex of the teacher, marriage condition, head teacher or not, Gender, type of school (key school or not, school at district or at city) have little effect to the PE teachers'job burnout of Shanghai middle school.In order to reveal the main effective factors of the PE teachers'job burnout of Shanghai middle school, on the basis of the open surveys and according to the characters of the PE, the research developed"the job burnout effective factors inventory of the PE teachers of Shanghai middle school". Choosing the PE teachers of Shanghai middle school as the testees, the article revised the reliability and validity materials of the scale by the exploratory factor analysis and the item discrimination analysis. In this way, the PE teachers'job burnout effective factors of the Shanghai middle school was revealed, the result of the research shows that: (1) Job burnout of the PE teachers of shanghai middle school is a result of the comprehensive function of subjective and objective factors, according to the devotions level, the factors that affect the Job burnout are working-load factors; students factors; relationship factors; education-development factors; organization environment factors; personal character factors; society factors and family factors, the eight factors can predict 64.94 percent of the total variance together. (2) The result shows that the eight factors construct of the effective factors inventory is clear, the validity is better, the construct validity is satisfactory and the reliability materials is also reliable, all of which means that the scale has the practical value. On the basis of the analysis, according to the PE characters of shanghai middle school, the article gives some suggestions from different angle, including individual; school and society etc, so as to do some help to alleviate and overcome the teachers'job burnout.
