Content: Job burnout, caused by long-term work pressure, is a reaction product of irreconcilable pressure with the declination appearance on respects of emotion, attitude and behavior, which directly leads to emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and diminished personal accomplishment. To reach the teaching purpose of politics curriculum in High school, it is key to bring the role of teachers of politics into normal play. However, the increasing job burnout existing in teachers of politics of High school has made a negative effect on the mentality and physiology of the teachers, teaching effect of politics course and growth of students. Therefore, it is practically meaningful to make research on the issue of job burnout of teachers of politics of High school. This article, based on previous research findings and practical survey research, aims to survey practically on the present status, the cause of formation and negative effect of job burnout among teachers of politics of High school and explore the countermeasures for precaution and relief. This article, mainly adopting "questionnaire on work situation of teachers of politics of High school" which consists of three questionnaires, has surveyed 77 teachers of politics of High school in Jiangxi Province. The result shows the following: (1) Job burnout problem has already appeared in teachers of politics of High school, not to a fairly serious extent but in a common way. The diminished personal accomplishment exists as the most dominant representation, with the following emotional exhaustion and depersonalization in subsequent order. (2) Teachers of politics of High school, with various backgrounds of sex, age and school one belongs to, show evidently different in terms of emotional exhaustion. Meanwhile teachers of politics of High school with various teaching age, academic credentials, title and marriage status show inconspicuous difference on every respect of job burnout. (3) The job burnout of teachers of politics of High school impacts negatively on teacher himself, his students and instruction. (4) The cause for job burnout of teachers of politics of High school is clearly connected with a variety of factors, including the bias to politics subject from society, teachers' heavy instruction burden, competition pressure, living pressure, unharmonious interpersonal relationship, lack of quality and ability and various roles, etc.Based on the above research findings, this paper presents suggestions of how...
