This text researched the actuality, characteristic and the representative strategies of in middle and primary schools of the Baoan District in Shenzhen. It analyzed the problems in the school-based training, and then researched how to resolve the leading thought, basic thought and strategy of the middle and primary school school-based training.The practice of school-based training in the middle and primary schools in Baoan, Shenzhen, starts with satisfying the need of the teachers' specialty development. It then goes from the school-based training pertinence and validity, to scan the middle and primary school's school-based training from other points of view. It does this by researching the leading thought and basic principle of middle and primary school to do the school-based training, putting forward the idea that the school-based training should adhere to the teachers' developing thought and embody the teachers development characteristics. Examples being the thought of treating the teachers as roots, the teachers' full development, the teacher main body development, the characteristic of the teachers specialty self-development and continuance development. Also the teacher's self-study, socialization development, harmonious society and spirit culture.This indicated the action conception of school-based training. For instance, the development, need, cooperation, traits and so on. Also, it showed the way how to teach in school-based training. Recommending some action strategies that resolve the problems in middle and primary school school-based training. Examples of these are rational training bed, accurate design, consolidated management, sciential estimate, building running system, strengthen cooperate, building study organization and characteristic, etc...
