| Nowadays, the practice of Curriculum Reform is on heating. The establishment of three ranks curriculum management system plays different right limit on the country, locality, and school. This reform make it needed for curriculum leadership come into reality to instead traditional curriculum management. Among different ranks curriculum leadership, the role of principal is very crucial .The principal possess many rights and much resource as a most direct manager of school, so he should shoulder the work of harmonizing all ranks of curriculum leadership. At the same time, the development of curriculum reform's function makes it required for curriculum leadership brought into practice. Moreover, the view of constructivism is becoming popular with schools. This development makes teacher and students change roles from passive implementers to initiative constructer of curriculum.
