At present, the curriculum reform of ordinary high school in our country has been in the key period of wholly implementation, during which curriculum leadership shows its peculiarity and non-replace ability curriculum leadership results in the success or failure of curriculum reform, and it has a strong effect on the long-run development of students, teachers and school. The establishment of three ranks curriculum management system plays different right limit on the country, locality and school. This reform make it needed for curriculum leadership come into reality to instead traditional curriculum management. In the course of the reformation in the addition to developing an original management talent, the principal must pay attention to the concern of the curriculum and the reformation in education, and proves himself the professional level in that realm, then starts to undertake the job of principal's curriculum leadership is important to pushing forward to curriculum reformation and curriculum development on the wheel. The curriculum leadership analyzed in this research is concerned as far as the principal's curriculum leadership of the sample school which is experimenting province in ministry of education.The principal must improve constantly curriculum leadership because of the request of curriculum reform and the feeble of principal in the course of the curriculum reform. Through making a survey of the principal's curriculum leadership of the sample school which is experimenting province in ministry of education, this paper points out the insufficiencies about leading of thinking value, guiding of teaching in class, integrating of curriculum resource. The author analyze factors coming from the principal himself, teachers , students, tutors, curriculum resources, public opinion, parents community, trying to put forward to some suggestion, for example, intensify training appropriate of the principal, deeply into teaching of the class, making a good use of all kinds of resource, increasing curriculum reflection of principal.This paper induces analysis method, literature research, interviewing method, questionnaire method, observational method and so on, asking for the help of the science of management, organization behavior, curriculum and leadership etc to rich the research. It tries to analyze the question which the principal meet with in the practice. The author hopes that this paper can bring great value to the principal's curriculum leadership through analyzing the correlative factor and putting forward feasibility suggestion.
