The key of the national development is the education, and the key of the educational development is the teacher. With the development of the information education, we have realized the teachers'information literacy has become the bottleneck problem for the information education in our country. As the cradle of teachers, the normal university must button the era's pulse, adopt the effective measures actively, and bring up the new type of teachers in accordance with the request of the information educational development. However, the reform of the curriculum system is the basic step of the teaching reform in the school. As a result, the study purpose of this paper is to put forward a blueprint on some curriculum about information education in normal university in accordance with the development of information education in Inner Mongolia. The blueprint is designed to improve the information literacy of the students in the normal university. Based on much investigation on the information literacy education, this paper investigated and analyzed the teachers'information literacy actuality who are in the eight middle or elementary schools which have possessed the basic hardware in Inner Mongolia .And the writer adopted some methods such as the literature method, the content analysis method, the questionnaire method, the statistic method and the conversation method. Then the writer found out the problem at large on the teachers information literacy . On the other hand, computer education is the technology key in the information literacy education. And in this paper, the writer also investigated the curriculum of the basic computer teaching in the normal universities in Inner Mongolia and summarized the deficiencies on the basic computer teaching curriculum in normal university in Inner Mongolia. On the foundation of investigation, analysis and comparison, the writer put forward a blueprint on the curriculum about the information literacy education in the Normal University in Inner Mongolia. |
