National folk culture is the base of subsistence and the development of a nation. It's also very important curriculum resource. How to explore and utilize this precious resource in educational reformation, not only concerns to each nation can or can not reply the problems in cultural changes, but also concerns to it can or can not achieve the educational indigenization. The Mongolia nationality has its unique cultural tradition and is abundant in folk cultural resources. It is an important assignment for us to protect and develop the excellent traditional culture and to explore and utilize the precious resources. Based on large amount of documents, the paper adopts theory analysis as its main method, adopts questionnaire and interview as its auxiliary methods, researches around its main subject ——Mongolic children's folk games, looks how to explore Mongolic children's folk games as its main purpose, studies and discusses the problem about how to develop kindergarten game-curriculum from several angles. The first part of the paper expounds the origin of this research from background, importance and present conditions. It researches the practical meanings of inheriting traditional culture and developing curriculum resources of the Mongolic children's folk games, the profound meanings of the development of the kindergarten's game-curriculum and the present conditions of the internal and international research on related problems at the base of several backgrounds, such as the periodical background of the natural culture changes, the indigenization of preschool education, the kindergarten curriculum's reformation and the utilization of the Mongolic children's folk games. The second part of the paper explains the concept, intention and spread channel of the Mongolic children's folk games firstly. Then it explains the game-curriculum from concept, internal meanings, features and value orientation. Finally, based on above explanation, the paper adopts game-curriculum as the purpose to explore the Mongolic children's folk games curriculum resources and discusses the relationship between the Mongolic children's folk games and the game-curriculum. The third part of the paper researches the establishment of the kindergarten game-curriculum and its theory basement. It explains the principle and procedure of the game-curriculum development and puts forward the frame of the game-curriculum. The final part of the paper is a summation and prospect of the whole thesis at the base of above discussion.
