Folk games have been widely concerned and researched because of its social cultural value and educational value.In folklore,history,sociology,pedagogy and other fields,it has accumulated a lot of research results and formed a wealth of folk game resources.In recent years,under the background of advocating excellent traditional Chinese culture,kindergarten curriculum reform should solve its own problems based on Chinese culture.Therefore,as the carrier of history and culture,folk games have once again been paid more and more attention.Folk game resources have become an important kindergarten curriculum resource.The key to the effective development and utilization of rich folk game resources lies in teachers.Kindergarten teachers not only determine the identification,development,accumulation and utilization of folk game resources,but also the important carrier of folk game resources.And teachers are the primary basic resources for the implementation of folk game curriculum.Therefore,this study uses questionnaire survey,case interview and literature method to analyze the current situation of kindergarten teachers' development and utilization of folk games through "quantitative description and qualitative interpretation",focusing on the analysis of the influencing factors of kindergarten teachers' development and utilization of folk games resources.Finally,based on the teachers themselves,this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions,which provide feasible countermeasures for kindergarten teachers to effectively develop and utilize folk game resources.The results show that:(1)teachers hold a positive attitude towards the development of folk game resources,and the demand for folk game resources increases under the background of curriculum Gamification.(2)Teachers' understanding of the value,subject and selection criteria of developing folk game resources is relatively limited,which limits the scope of teachers' development and utilization of folk game resources.(3)Teachers' understanding of the connotation and extension of folk game resources is not comprehensive and in-depth,ignoring the life carrier of folk game resources.(4)There are many ways for teachers to develop folk game resources,but few ways to test professional level such as setting up garden based courses and compiling textbooks are used;more ways to obtain them are from personal experience and online collection or books,and less cooperative ways such as home cooperation and teacher discussion.(5)There are some problems in the development of folk game resources,such as lack of resources,lack of guidance and heavy workload.(6)Teachers' evaluation of the development and utilization of folk game resources almost all comes from intuitive feeling and experience judgment,and the relevant evaluation standard system has not been established.Through the analysis of the current situation,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the development of the folk game resources of preschool teachers: the teachers' understanding of the development of the folk game resources is in a one-sided,narrow state;the practice level of the development of the folk game resources of preschool teachers is uneven;the development of the folk game resources is lack of evaluation tools.The cause of the problem is the result of subjective and objective factors.The formation of the problem hinders the effective development of folk game resources.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the influencing factors of teachers' effective development of folk game resources and find the reasons behind the problems.Through factor analysis of the influencing factors of teachers' effective development of folk game resources,four main factors are extracted,namely,concept awareness,knowledge experience,application ability and external support.At the same time,the interview materials were coded,and the two materials were combined and analyzed to find out that curriculum resource concept and curriculum resource awareness,teachers' knowledge and experience,the application ability of folk game resources and external support environment jointly affect the effect of teachers' development of folk game resources.Among them,concept consciousness is the first influencing factor,which is the fundamental and driving force for kindergarten teachers to develop and utilize folk game resources.The specific practice of kindergarten teachers to develop folk game resources is based on the corresponding curriculum resource concept and curriculum resource consciousness.The four influencing factors complement each other,and comprehensively affect the effect of teachers' development and utilization of folk game resources.In view of the current situation,existing problems and influencing factors,in the future,we should base on the main position of teachers,comprehensively improve the development and utilization ability of teachers' curriculum resources,provide external environment support,and improve the development and utilization conditions of teachers' curriculum resources.
