According to the new curriculum's theory, all carriers which can get to the curriculum's target, we may call them the resource of RE. curriculum, besides students' book and the teachers' books, it include the resource of human beings, P.E. equipments natural geography ,and information of P.E.. Development of the resource of P.E. curriculum, in fact, it means that the school and the teachers want to get the curriculum's target, looking for all the resource which can take into the curriculum and connect with education and teaching, and dig out and use their value on the education and teaching.
