The Effects Of Different Doses Of Supermicro-pulverization Of Chinese Herbal Preparation For Invigorating The Kidney And Benefiting The Primordial Energy On The Rats Of Exercise-induced Low Serum Testosterone

To investigate the effects of Different Doses of Supermicro-pulverization of Chinese Herbal Preparation for Invigorating the Kidney and Benefiting the Primordial Energy on the adjustment of exercised-induced low serum testosterone in male rates,The srerum hormones, anti-fatigue performance and the Androgen Receptor level of skeleton muscle were observed.The health male SD rats were divided into four groups(BC group,EE group,ND group,HD group) randomly to build model and given different doses of Chinese herbal preparation orally. The effects of herbal preparation were evaluated by alalysising a group of physiological and biochemical indices (T, C, LH,Testis Weight ,Hb, BUN ,Liver Glycogen ,Muscle Glycogen ,Body Weight ,Exhausting Time)after 5 weeks burdened swimming exercise. (1) The serum testosterone in EE group decresed significantly in comparison with BC group (P<0.05) . It showed that 5-week swimming exercise with a load of 0—5% body weight can cause low serum testosterone in male rates remarkably. (2) The serum testosterone in ND, HD group was higher than that in BC group. It suggested that appropriate application of herbal preparation can prevent the appearance of exercised-induced low serum testosterone in male rates but the reason remain to be explored. (3) The serum testosterone in ND group was higher than that in HD group. It showed that the normal dose is better than the high dose ragarding the action of enhancing serum testosterone.
