Bodybuilding is a kind of sports which shows the beauty of muscles through resistance training and body fat control.The main elements of this project include resistance training and control of body fat rate to achieve the goal of increasing muscle mass and improving muscle line.At present,it is very common to use biochemical indexes to evaluate the functional state of athletes in various major events,but it is only in recent years to apply them to bodybuilding events;By using the methods of literature,experiment,expert interview,comparative analysis and mathematical statistics,this paper makes a follow-up study on the training,diet,tonic and sleep of ten male bodybuilders of the national team during one month's preparation for the competition.Through monitoring and evaluating the relationship between serum testosterone and sebum content,this paper makes an in-depth analysis on the preparation period of professional male bodybuilders In order to provide theoretical and practical reference for how to scientifically improve the content of testosterone,reduce the content of sebum and improve the level of competition,the relationship between the content of serum testosterone and sebum and its influencing factors were summarized.The main results are as follows:According to the physiological and biochemical indexes,through the nutrition and training intervention program,it was found that the serum testosterone and sebum of the athletes during the one month training preparation showed a downward trend,and there was a correlation between the two changes.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the changes of testosterone among the individuals(P > 0.05),and the changes of testosterone in the athletes during the training period showed a downward trend,with an overall decline of 62%;There was no significant difference in the decrease of sebum among the athletes during the preparation period(P > 0.05).From the beginning to the end of the preparation period,the sebum rate decreased gradually.After one month's preparation,the closer to the competition day,the decrease of sebum rate slowed down,and there was significant difference in the measured data(P < 0.01).Through the comparative analysis of the relationship between serum testosterone and sebum rate,it is found that in the first week,the decrease rate of sebum and testosterone is more obvious.In the middletwo weeks,the decrease rate of testosterone and sebum rate is slower.In the last week,compared with the previous stage,the decrease rate of testosterone and sebum is 37.43%,and the decrease rate of sebum is 8.92%.Comparing the decrease of testosterone and sebum in the figure,the decrease rate of sebum in the first stage is found In the last stage,the rate of testosterone decrease is the fastest.Conclusion:(1)In the case of insufficient carbohydrate intake,increasing protein intake may lead to the decline of muscle quality;when the body fat reserve is reduced to the lowest survival value,it also limits the further energy supply of fat,and affects the hormone level of athletes,resulting in long-term fatigue.(2)High intensity resistance training can promote the secretion of testosterone.(3)Adequate sleep is conducive to the growth and recovery of muscles,ensuring a better training state and maintaining a high level of energy consumption.(4)Timely supplement of testosterone promoting products to improve the content of testosterone in athletes(5)With the approaching of competition time,the rate of serum testosterone decrease is still higher than that of sebum.
