I have been engaged in middle school education for 12 years ,and I have worked as a headteacher for 9 years, so I know the hardships of the work of grade adviser deeply. Though class autonomous management was put forward comparatively early, in middle schools it has not yet aroused enough attention. The class managements of middle schools and primary schools are still mainly with constabulary type and housekeeper type. Grade advisers work hard , but they are not be flattered strenously, they can't get the understanding of their students and most of them are not liked by their students. Also, a lot of students realize that they don't feel like they are the owners of their class, they can't get the sense of responsibility in class, and even they are not attracted by their class so they can't experience happy feelings there. Therefore, researching the students' class autonomous management has a very strong realistic meaning.This paper divides into 3 totally chapters. Chapter One is about the putting forward of the problem of class autonomous management. I want you to know the shortcomings of the popular class management nowadays by showing you the present working situation of grade advisers, the present styles of class management and the ways of how headteachers appoint the monitors, monitress and so on. After you know the true situation and the shortcomings of the present class management, you willagree that class autonomous management is necessary and you will agree on my analysis of the meaning of class autonomous management. In the second chapter I will talk about the intension and the theoretical foundation of class autonomous management. First I will make it clear the concept of class autonomous management and the goal of class autonomous management, then I'll analyse the theoretical basis of class autonomous management, and the principles we should insist in class autonomous management. In this chapter I will throw light on the following: The key of class autonomous management clearly lies in the mainness of outstanding student, we should promote the development of all students, we should let them realize that how important self development and the autonomous learning are. Chapter Three is about the enforcement and the strategy of autonomous management. First I'll talk about the strategy of autonomous management, that is implementing the students' class autonomous management process needs to go through 3 stages.Then I'll talk about the enforcement of class autonomous management. I will talk about it from the following aspects: training the students' manage ability, training class group cadres, founding new management structures, establishing class management system. At last I'll talk about my own specific sense of the enforcement of class autonomous management.
