Class Self-management Construction

The question who will be in charge of the class does not seem to be discussed further. The students and the teachers all think that the teachers should carry out the duty of managing the class. However, can this teacher-management create a pleasant class environment? And is there any need of the student-management ? The autonomous management in the title does pay attention to the students'management. I have been engaged in middle school education for 20 years, so I know the hardships of the work of head teachers deeply. Though class autonomous management was put forward comparatively early, in middle schools it has not yet aroused enough attention. Head teachers work hard,but they can't get the understanding of their students and most of them are not liked by their students. Also, a lot of students do not realize that they are the owners of their class, that they can't get the sense of responsibility in class, and that even they are not attracted by their class so they can't experience happy feelings there. Therefore, researching the students' class autonomous management has a very strong realistic meaning. Firstly this paper is about the putting forward the class autonomous management. In the second place, it talks about the connote and the theoretical foundation of class autonomous management. Thirdly it is about the strategy of autonomous management. Then it speaks of the measures of the autonomous management. The last part talks about the question and thinking of the autonomous management.
