At present, many teaching staffs don't think much of non-intelligence factor, though it has great effects in the process of students' studing and growing into useful timber, saying nothing of trying their best to explode students' non-intelligence factors in the lesson, to promote their study and strike stable foundation for their future' s success.Aiming at present teaching actuality of middle school, via analyzing and consulting related literature information, togethered with my own teaching experience at middle school, some inadequate mature standpoints are put forward and some exploring on how to explode and train student' s good non-intelligence factors are made in this paper.Besides the epilogue, there are four chapters in this paper. The researching instance of non-intelligence factors inside and outside of our country and our physical teaching actuality in middle school are introduced in the first chapter. In the second chapter, the concept of intelligence factor and non-intelligence factor are discussed, as well as their relations. The third and fourth are the emphasis of this paper. In the third chapter, at first, from the point of psychology, the essential and possible of planting students' non-intelligence factor are analyzed, then some teaching principle are recommended, at last, some strategy are put forward from the point of motivation, interest, sensibility, will and character. In the chapter four, one teaching experiment is introduced. In the epilogue, some conclusions and some difficulties and foreground of the researching on this task are analyzed.
