Cooperative learning has been considered to be the most popular, creative and effective teaching theory and method in contemporary times. The article makes a deep investigation on the theory and significance of cooperation study and proposes several important principles of cooperation study in the process of teaching. High school biology teaching is chosen as the subject of the study and an overall analysis has been made on the new standard of curriculum. It is found out that cooperation study applies to high school biology teaching. The latest case study of cooperation in high school biology teaching is presented in the paper. The practical research demonstrates that the practice of cooperation study is good to soften some contradictions in nowadays education and meets the new standard of curriculum and the development of society. Meanwhile, some questions worth to be discussed and researched are proposed in the paper. The result of the research will provide both theoretical and practical guidance for the systematic, embedded and perennial practice of cooperation study in high school biology teaching. Furthermore, it will also provide examples and reference for the teaching method of other subjects in high school teaching.
