The undergraduates are the hope of our nation and the future of our country. Their moral and ethical conditions relate directly to the fate of our nation and the society stability and development. Now the mainstream of the undergraduates' moral and ethical condition is encouraging, while there are a lot of worrying phenomena. Especially the trend of undergraduates breaking the law and committing crime is picking up, which has attracted high attention of the whole society. Undergraduate crime possess the characters of variety, furor, high-intelligence, cruelty and sex crime increasing. The aftereffect will be severe. On one hand, it will greatly harm undergraduates' study, physical and moral health; on the other hand, it will hurt their relatives, make the university unable to achieve the education goals, and affect people' quality enhancement and the construction of harmonious society.Undergraduate crime results from the collaborative effects of individual, society, family and school. Therefore, solving this problem must utilize achievements of pedagogy, sociology, psychology and science of law. Corresponding mechanism from macro-moral training angle must be constructed. Early warning mechanism, stimulating mechanism, adjusting mechanism, coordinating mechanism and guarantee mechanism must be established based on scientific principles, preventive principles, educational principles, protective principles and systematical principles. These aim to make undergraduates far away from crime, develop healthily and to promote the construction of harmonious society.
