Research On The Construction Of The Long Term Mechanism Of College Students' Friendly Cultivation

The eighteenth people's Congress advocated the socialist core values from three aspects.In personal aspect,there are patriotism,dedication,integrity and kindness.Among them,kindness is the most basic value criteria,a guide,an important means of interpersonal communication in social life as well.As an important content of socialist core values,the proposal of it is the urgent request of political ethics and citizen moral construction under the reformation background.On September 20,2001,the central committee of the communist party of China issued the 15 th file "the citizen morals construction implement outline",specifically the "kindness" into the code of citizens ethics.In October 2006,the party's sixth plenary of sixteen session according to the new strategic goal proposed "building a harmonious socialist society",and treated "kindness" as an important content of citizen moral harmonious society.In 2012,the eighteenth people's Congress explicitly took "friendly" in our country's socialist core values.For over 30 years reform and opening up,China society has get rapid development,at the same time,it is also experiencing a severe mental change.The development of market economy objectively led to the popularity of utilitarianism,reconstruct interpersonal relationships.Scientifically define that new type of interpersonal relationships has become the important premise of individual development in real life.As qualified builders and reliable successors of socialism,undergraduate were affected by the social environment change unavoidably.During the process of getting comprehensive development,cultivating and training good corresponding ability which could deal with the social relationships become an urgent topic.This study comprehensively analyze the specific content of the kindness cultivating of contemporary undergraduate based on the current social and historical transition background,by using of Marxist theory of friendly.It make a discuss on the significance of the long-acting mechanism research of kindness fostering of undergraduate,define the relevant concepts,and collating the file of kindness fostering at all times and in all over the world.By analyzing the current situation and reasons of the construction of long-acting mechanism of undergraduate kindness cultivating,design a practical operational plan.On the one hand,it could cultivate undergraduate the right cognition of kindness which play a positive role in dealing with social relations.On the other hand,it could foster undergraduate' moral education,social awareness education and ideological and political education.This thesis consists of four parts.The first part is introduction,which mainly discuss the research background and significance of undergraduate kindness education,and make definition on the present research situation and the related concepts.The second part mainly analyzes the root of the friendly cultivation theory at home and abroad.The third part discusses problems and its reasons of the construction of long-acting mechanism of undergraduate kindness cultivating.And the fourth part made policy recommendations for the way that construct a long-acting mechanism of undergraduate kindness cultivating.
