Teacher is the basis of education and the source of education development, while professional ethic is the essential literacy which teacher should have. As high education is popularized and people pay more attention to teacher, the requirement of their moral characters level from society is gradually improved. Nowadays as the largest group of teacher troops in higher education institution, young teachers’moral characters level can represent college teachers’general level to some extent. However currently the teachers’ professional ethics anomie phenomenon of some young teachers appears and causes the whole society’s concern and discussion, it mainly manifests that:the blurry ideal view, and focusing on pursuing material; the fade professional consciousness, and lack of spirit of devotion; the reduction of educational consciousness, and the deficiency of exemplary sense; the strong utility consciousness, and the sometimes occurrence of academic cheating. Through the research we find that the important reason is the unsoundness of the teachers’moral long-term mechanism. This text thinks that we should follow four basic principles that are strategic, normative, people oriented and selective, by means of forming the branching mechanism of teachers’moral education and training, teachers’ moral propaganda and demonstration, teachers’moral evaluation and examination, teachers’moral supervision and punishment as well as teachers’moral internalization of self-discipline to promote forming and perfecting the long-term mechanism of young college teachers’ morality construction and improve the young college teachers’moral characters level from the actual sense.
