Analyzing To The Existing State And Investigating Of The Community Sport In Su Zhou

With the gradual setting-up of the socialist market economy system, the urban community shows more and more that lies in the important function of social life in many aspects. Community building and community development have already become one of the important contents of social sustainable development of our country. Community's sports is regarded as the important component of the community building, is an important content of the construction of spiritual civilization of urban community, it is a mainstream of development of social sports of our country, it is a basic way to implement the Whole-People Health-Building Plan, the important function of community's sports begins to get the attention of the society too.This paper uses research approach of the documents and materials, the investigation method of the questionnaire , interview method , participate in observing the method , mathematics and physics statistical method, etc., from analysing the main composition key element of community's sports: Sports organization of the community , community member , place facility , funds , sports administrator and the adviser , community's sport activity , etc. start with, survey current situation of urban community's sports of Suzhou and analyse, reflect the current situation of urban community's sports of Suzhou more objectively, thus offer the decision basis to sports administrative staff of urban community in Suzhou. The result of study shows : (1) The management system of sports organization of urban community of Suzhou is that the vertical structure taking administration as leading factor organizes management system , participate in management under in government's agency - subdistrict office and sports organization of the community. There are cultural center or other personnel and is concurrently in charge of community's sports in the subdistrict office, none of residential districts set up special messenger and manage the athletic association of the community. (2) the sports organization of urban community of Suzhou has formed the multi-level organizingsystem of sports and keeping fit basically, besides a street established newly, other 16 streets have already been established and organized to melt in the sports association of street community with higher degree; There are sports coaching centers of communities mainly in the community sports moving point, the morning , practicing the moving point late, such three kinds as the health club of operational sports and fitness center , etc., among them practice the plentiful moving point late in morning when the regular degree is lower, accounts for 70%.(3) there are two kinds mainly in community's sport activity. One kind is organized community athletic competition, another kind is a daily sport activity carried on the masses sports moving point. (4) residential district is except that there are project facilities of nationwide fitness programs, facilities of internal and external place of room not almost having oneself that administers. And the school in the area under one's jurisdiction, the place facilities of the enterprise , public institution seldom have a open to community resident one; The funds used for sports every year in street are few in quantity , and the total amount of social fund-raising accounts for 34.17%of the funds total value of annual sports. (5) the quantity of cultivation of the social sports instructor of city of Suzhou is in the national leading level, every 10, 000 urban community resident on average have 15 social sports instructor, but should improve the social sports instructor's quality. (6) among crowds often participating in sport activity, accounts for most middle-aged and oldly, there are fewer teenagers, it is out-of-balance to be shown as age composition ; Women exceed man and is shown as the sex out-of-balancly; The purpose that community residents participate in community's sport activity is different because the age is different, but it is the main purpose that the crowd participates in community's sport activity of stage of every age to build up body and build up health.
