An Research On The Optimization In The Allocation Of Regional Higher Education Resources In China

Under the background of knowledge economy and the new stage of developing middle-class family society after China's entry into WTO, studying the theories and methods of the optimization in the allocation of regional higher education resources is significant to accelerating reforms of education system, promoting the industrialization, diversification and information of higher education and realizing the transition from the elite higher education to the public higher education.China have gained great achievements in higher education and the education budget that national devotion has increased year by year, human resources in higher education have improved not only in quantity but also in quality, but the supply still can not meet the need ,there are many problem in the allocation of higher education resources.This paper provides a indicator system and two analysis models based on DEA to systematically analyze and value the development and present condition of the allocation of regional higher education resources, finds out the exact problems and then proposes some suggestions and advices on the allocation of regional higher education resources which are helpful for national and regional governments to establish policies and push forward reforms of education system.
