At present the change inside and outside of the education requires that the educational research descend to the schools, meanwhile the place in which the schools exist in the whole education is sure to ask for the school-based teaching research which is also the assurance of carrying out the new curriculum reformation . Therefore the new concept "the school-based teaching research"is put forward after a series of advanced theories such as "school-based curriculum"' "school-based management""school-based training". The school-based teaching research which aims at the students′development is a new research method through which the schools and their teachers demonstrate some education theories or solve some questions occurring during the teaching .They do them in their schools during their teaching course combining the internal and external experience . It has the characteristics of interactivity, simplicity, flexibility and practicality. The school-based teaching research includes all kinds of research actions which aim at the school development, it is a trinity of study, work and research. It′s not a kind of concrete research method ,but a kind of research direction . The school-based teaching research benefits for the construction of school culture and its distinctive features. It is also the inner driving force of the school development and the best way to the development of the teacher specialization. And at last it prompts the students′development. In order to carry on the school-based teaching research effectively, the following prerequisites must be had: 1, Seeking for the cooperation with the specialists which is between the college teachers and the primary-middle school teachers, between the research workers and primary-middle school teachers. The cooperative form includes theory choice, on-the-spot direction and case teaching etc. 2,The headmaster must change his role, he will be a leader, a researcher, an organizer, a director and a server. 3, The school must build an effective research environment such as forming the atmosphere of the democracy and freedom, building a school problem solving net, setting up theory studying rules, improving the work of the teaching research team, producing the each-other help among the teachers, changing the methods of the teaching evaluation, setting up the stimulating rules for the school-based teaching research. 4,The teachers must be researchers through the way of changing their thoughts, improving their theory level, mastering the research skills and fostering their reflection. The school-based teaching research has two different research process because of two originations: one is a directional research, the other is the opening research. They both usually follow the following steps: 1, Choosing the topics which must accord with the principles of feasibility, practicability and objectivity. 2, Formulating a scheme which includes the reason and influence of the topic, its expressions and its schedule and its organizing form etc. 3, Carrying out the scheme paying attention to the dynamic adjustment. 4, Evaluating the effect and putting forward the new problem, the following tasks must be finished: to arrange and describe, to evaluate and explain, to redesign. 5, Recording the research results, which is mainly taken three forms: teaching jottings, teaching narrations and research reports etc. When carried out, the school-based teaching research does not have plain sailing. General speaking it has internal school and external school difficulties. External school difficulties refer to the problems caused by the superior educational administrative departments such as the knowledge-cored concept in the occupation training, the evaluation problems in the teaching research, the teaching researcher problems. The internal school difficulties refer to the school management problems, the school false teaching research and the teachers ′resistance. Among these the teachers ′resistance is the key. In reality the teachers have the doctrine of the mean, empiricism, the wrong cognition to the school-based teaching research and cooperative obstacles caused by individualism and factionalism. So counterpart measures must be taken so as to carry out the school-based teaching research effectively.
