The Research Of Knowledge Map Of Military Medical University Science Equipments

Scientific research apparatus and equipments are the significant sustainable condition and material base for the developing of service of health, the important guarantee of clinical, teaching and research work, and the collective embodiment of medical technology level. Their quantity and quality represent either the research level or the research dimensions of a scientific research institution. But only through combination and resources-sharing with researchers' specific skill, can they promote the improvement of scientific research capability and level. Therefore, the study on the management and sharing of scientific research apparatus and equipments has become one of the most important subjects in the field of management in service of health.As a floorboard, the management of scientific research apparatus and equipments involves a series of work such as planning, organizing, corresponding and monitoring, and its major responsibility is to deliver proper service of apparatus and equipments and to bring the most benefits for the medical research. For the realization of the most efficiency, the following strategies should be considered: the combination of specific skills and heterogeneous resources, establishment of a man-machine-technology system, the sharing of scientific research apparatus and equipments, the realization of the systematization, scientific, superiority and economization in using and managing of scientific research apparatus and equipments in military medical universities, and the realization of the mutual benefit, interaction, association and actual effects in the combining of technology and capital resources.With the discussion of knowledge management, knowledge map and resources theory, and with the review of the actual condition of apparatus and equipments management inside and outside of our nation, this study has introduced the characteristics and general situation of the management of medical scientific research apparatus and equipments in medical colleges and universities, established a evaluation model of the knowledge management, analyzed thecurrent situation in the management of medical research equipments, and discussed the main problems in the management of medical research equipments. Based on the theory of the resources conformity and sharing, with the employment of knowledge management software technology and network information technology, this study made research and analysis on the scientific research equipment resources of the Third Military Medical University, and constructed a systematic model of resources sharing. It was supposed to help establish a flat roof system for the realization of the resources, to form a "knowledge map" based on a man-technology-equipment system, to realize the complanation, digitalization and systematization of resources distributing, resources sharing, resources corresponding and knowledge management, to promote the combination of specific technology and heterogeneous resources, and finally to improve the scientific research capability in competition.
