The medical postgraduate student's education plays an important role in the postgraduate students education in our country, for the quality of medical postgraduate students, is directly connected with the people's life and health. The reform and development on the medical postgraduate student's education have to meet the needs of the society and the medicine development. This is a basic rule in which the medical postgraduate student's education must follow. The great developments of life science technology in the 21 century, the reforms on the system of our country's medical treatment and sanitation, the setting of the degree on the medical specialty, the enlarging of the educational scales on the postgraduate students, are bound to have a profound influence on the medical postgraduate student's training model and training manner. To modify the framework of the medical postgraduate student's education, to train them becoming the high talent whom fitting on social needs and knowledge and technology innovating. This problem actually has involved the diathesis and ability in which the medical high talent of 21 century must possess. We should not only change the concept and system on the managing system, running mechanism, quality controlling, idea of talent and so on, but also take great efforts to find a new training model and manner to enhance the clinical ability and the innovating diathesis of the medical applying postgraduate students. Searching a new approach to develop the medical subject construction and high talent training.This study reviewed and investigated the actuality about the medical postgraduate student's innovating ability training, found out the advantages and disadvantages of knowledge sharing model of the present medical postgraduate students; Based on the concept of knowledge, with the employment of dialectical materialism, this paper analyzed and reviewed the Nonaka's knowledge creating spiral; Based on the viewpoint of practice, this paper revised and reinforced the knowledge-creating spiral. We have built the medical postgraduate students knowledge sharing model and supplied a completely new trainingmodel in order to enhance the clinical experience and the clinical ability of the medical postgraduate students.
