Study Of Education Management On Clinical Medical International Students

In recent years,Chinese high education is developing rapidly along with the development of Chinese economy and society.Under such circumstances,a significant sign of the international development trend of Chinese high education is the growth of international student education.It can be noticed that an increasing number of international students are showing their great interest in studying clinical medicine in Chinese medical schools.In 2014,the number of international students in clinical medicine in China has increased to 40,000,and clinical medicine has become one of the largest majors of international student education only second to Chinese language.Such a situation is now a huge challenge faced by the management of international medical students.Problems keep appearing during the rapid development of the international medical education,and the improvement of the management of international student education is a key approach to solve these problems.In order to improve the education quality and adapt to the changing situation of the international student education,TMU needs to systematically study the theory and approaches of the management of clinical medicine education and form a new management mode.Firstly,this research analyzes the education and management of international students in clinical medicine in Tianjin Medical University(TMU).TMU is one of the first universities who are authorized to enroll international students in clinical medicine by the Ministry of Education in China.With the efforts on improving the quality of the education and management of international students,TMU has acquired significant progress;however,due to the rapid increase of the number of international students,some pending problems emerge,which requires the further adjustment of the mode of education and management.Secondly,aiming at improving the quality of the education and management of international students in TMU,this research will discuss the status quo and problems now being faced by TMU and essentially focus on some practical work,such as enrollment,teaching management and administrative management.Last but not the least,considering the status quo and problems in the education and management of international students in clinical medicine in China,this research will learn relevant advanced experience from both China and abroad and explore the possible adjustment and innovating ways.Based on these,this research intends to propose some effective management methods and procedures in compliance with the special conditions of TMU,so as to promote the general quality of the education and management of international students in clinical medicine and cultivate more medical talents for other nations.
