With the development of educational informatization and modernization,the state increasingly encourages that teachers construct informational learning environment,actively develop and utilize a variety of high-quality information technology resources to give full play to its advantages,and comprehensively improve the quality of teaching.The network instructional resources are widely favored by the primary and middle school teachers because of their rich content,various forms,interactive,frontier information and other characteristics.It is of great help to improve the efficiency of preparing lessons,to promote the development of students' learning ability,and to enhance their own quality.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to understand the current situation of primary school teachers' utilization of network instructional resources and gradually improve the situation,for improving the quality of teaching and promoting the professional development of teachers.In this study,the author knows about the present situation that primary school teachers utilize the network instructional resources by questionnaire survey,classroom observation and interview.200 primary school Chinese,Mathematics and English teachers are selected as the research samples in six primary schools from G Town,Yuanping County,Xinzhou City,Shanxi Province.On the basis of reading relevant literature and practical investigation,the research on the present situation of primary school teachers' utilization of network teaching resources is carried out from the eight dimensions : the utilization of the attitude,purpose,sources,type and frequency,timing,communication and processing degree,condition,effect and influence.And then the author reveals the various problems about the teachers' attitude,behavior and effects on utilization of network instructional resources.Such as,some teachers have the utilization of network instructional resources with resistance;the frequency of teachers' utilization of network instructional resources is relatively low,especially in the classroom teaching and individual learning process to use less;teachers seldomsearch the instructional resources from all kinds of national education and instructional resources platform;the level of processing on the network teaching resources is low and so on.On this basis,the causes of the problems are further analyzed,and some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.The suggestions include: to change teachers' traditional instructional concept;to strengthen teachers' consciousness of learning and research;to improve teachers' information literacy;to ensure the effectiveness of relevant training;increase the support to teachers' utilization of network instructional resources.
