Come along with the market economy, bringing the impact of the concept of value,the university middle age and youth teachers human interactions had been changed obviously. This text regards it as to correspond to order exactly, taking the teachers which are between 24-55 years old and work in five varies universities of Wuhan .It collected data through the questionnaire investigate and individual cases interview. In a view of sociology research ,the text inquiried into the present condition, characteristics and influence factors of the university teachers' Human interaction,and put forward the homologous countermeasures.This text were divided into four parts totally. The first part introduced the investigative purpose, meaning, investigative thoughts and methods.the second part talked about that from the market economy term,the scope of the universy teachers' human interaction extended to turn; the contents and forms are varies; the depth are unbalance inclining toward to come to the surface and so on.It Put forward that the university teachers' human interaction have much questions such as closing,lacking of dependence,"scholar mutually light"phenomenon .etc.It put forward it not good for the university teachers to establish right human relations.the third part analyzed to produce the reason of these problems from two aspects of the individual factors and social factors.In the last part, around the problems of the university teachers' human interaction, the writer is in above research and analytic foundation , putting forward the suggestion and the countermeasures from perfect teacher's individual, improve the social milieu and the school environment, establish the harmonious social interaction.
