In the era of this background, the requirements toward human stuff became more and more high. To bring up innovative person with ability became the core of reformation in basic education in the world. History curriculum was a basic and kernel humanities in the phase of basic education in mostly countries in the globe. History curriculum acted an important role in improving human stuff and cultivating all-around person with ability. Making a comprehensive view of all previous of reformation of basic education, the core was the reformation of curriculums.
