With Chinese successful accession to WTO, Chinese economic society will get into global economy. After commitments in educational services, Chinese has set the new standard to train talented people. How to train international special talented people is one of the urgent tasks with which Chinese elementary education is confronted.The kernel of the reform of elementary educational curriculum in our country is : To Chinese Nation's renaissance, to every student's development. The curriculum objective, to make student develop into a whole person, incarnates the kernel: To every student's development. The development of the whole person needs coordinative development between student's intelligence and personality.The period of child and teenager is the individual rapidest development period, and is the most important period when the personality is formed and developed. When congenital factor is regarded as the first factor that affects the formation of personality, school education is regarded as the second acquired factor that affects the formation of personality. Classroom is the basic part which students live in school, so classroom communication between teacher and student not only imparts and communicates the cultural scientific knowledge, but also forms and develops the personality of teacher and student.Under the guidance of Marxism, according to the reality of our country, by means of documental method, comparative method, interview method and inspective method, this paper tries to from the two aspects of teacher and student probe into the formation and development of student's personality in classroom communication, and develop effective strategy of classroom communication, and prompt the communication between teacher and student, and make student form the well and harmonious personality, and train the student's fine feelings, and at the same time offer some suggestions for communication between teacher and student, class teaching, and correlative educational practice.This whole paper is divided into six parts. Part One expatiates on the topic background, present research status and its significance and methods. Part Two explains the correlative concept of student's personality development in classroom communication. Firstly define the word of personality according to some definitions at home and abroad; secondly explain the connotation of classroom communication; thirdly, show the types of classroom communication. Part Three analyses the student's personality development in classroom communication from the angels of philosophy, law, sociology, psychology, pedagogy and etc. Part Four analyses the characteristics ofstudent's personality development .Part Five is the four factors which influence the development of student's personality. The last One, Part Six suggests the strategy of classroom communication which prompt the student's personality development.
