Qingdao Laoshan District, Primary And Secondary School Level Of Supervision And Evaluation To Explore

The education inspection is an important method to ensure the implementation of the education laws and polices, also an important aspect to realize the transmission of the government facilities and the macro management, and the effective system to ensure the realization of the education target. The Laoshan district of Qingdao is one of the first national key scenic spots of China with developed economy, however, the education in the Laoshan district is sluggish after the economy due to various reasons. In the past years, the education, especial the education inspection, has developed a lot. This thesis will compare and analysis the two turns of the education inspection assessment in the middle and primary schools in the Laoshan district, to study how to further improve the interests of the education inspection assessment in the middle and primary schools, and supply some clues and prompts to development of the education inspection in middle and primary schools in China.The study is based on the following three aspects: first, the author is now working in the office of the education inspection in the Laoshan Education Bureau, and familiar with the education inspection assessment;Secondly, the education inspection level was comparatively lower in the start, and the two turns of education inspection assessment from the year of 1999 to 2005 is the just two representing modes: that is, the Basic assessment and the Developing assessment. Third, the Developing inspection assessment carried out in the Laoshan District has been achieved a little success as a sub subject of the innovation research of the education inspection assessment theory in the Shandong Province and Qingdao City.This thesis, comparing the aspects of the inspection assessment solutions, inspection assessment procedure, classification determination, result usage, and the feature analysis to the Basic assessment and Developing assessment in the Laoshan district, and draw the conclusion that:the Basic and the Developing assessments have different features, both are relevant but with different focus:the Basic assessment is the basis of the Developing assessment;the Developing assessment has features of the Basic assessment, is the development of the Basic assessment。With the continuous development of the Quality education level of the middle and primary schools in...
