A Study On Primary And Middle School Running Mode

In the condition of market economy, there are not only problems of management but also the question of running in the school. Management is the optimal allocation of resources that already existed and its aim is to improve the efficiency; Besides, running is to obtain more resources from the society. School running has already become an important practice activity. This dissertation proceeded from the theory of education service and analysed the background of school running; On the basis of the thing that grasping the meaning of modern running, it also defined the concept of the school running; And expatiated on the running consciousness and ability that the professional headmaster should possess, which is the new demand that school running put forward.On the basis of the object and characteristic of school running, it is roughly divided into three kinds of basic modes that are school product running, school assets running, school capital running in this dissertation. This dissertation probes into three kinds of concrete running modes on the school capital running aspect in the present primary and middle schools especially: public school transformation with citizen's cooperation, complementary advantages as the characteristic; public school charter running with individual managing the school assets state-runed as the characteristic; and school educational shareholding with stock financing and expert managing as the characteristic. Moreover, the social background, system advantage, main matter and development prospect that each kind of mode has faced have been made a concrete analysis .
