As China's economic development enters a new normal with the Industrial structure adjustment and upgrading.Enterprises urgently need a group of skilled talents with comprehensive quality,hands-on ability and innovative ability.However,the existing school-enterprise cooperation model has been difficult to satisfy the market's emerging demands of skilled talents.Therefore,in order to highlight the characteristics of running a secondary vocational school and improve the quality of personnel training,it is imperative to reform the traditional cooperative school model of secondary vocational school.This article takes the Cooperative School-running Mode of "The School Entitled by the Enterprise " as the research object in the reform of secondary vocational school.Through the analysis of secondary vocational schools,it sums up the experience of "The School Entitled by the Enterprise".The development experience of this model explores the ways of training innovative talents in vocational education in China under the background of new economy and society.Based on the definition of the relevant concepts of school-enterprise cooperation in secondary vocational school,this article analyzes the emergence and development of the school-running model of "The School Entitled by the Enterprise" in secondary vocational school,and clarifies the current secondary vocational education in China.The advantages and opportunities faced by the school-enterprise cooperation in secondary vocational schools.the article combined with the actual cases,sand analyze the problems that need to be solved in the talent training.On this basis,The author actively proposes that the government actively supports school-enterprise cooperation in running schools;improve the cooperative operation mechanism;optimize the mode of cooperation in running schools,strengthen the construction of the teaching staff of three dimensions;and improve the quality assessment system.The countermeasures and suggestions provide a reference for the optimization of the school-enterprise cooperation model for the "The School Entitled by the Enterprise" in China's secondary vocational schools.
