On one hand Enterprise can't find suitable talents, on the other hand talent training in the school are difficult with employment.To a non-governmental university, how are the employment states of the student and graduate that can employ to, concern the existence question of the school, and the speicalities offered influences the enrollment and employment of the school directly. One of the most obvious characteristics of speicality offered of non-governmental university is market-oriented, setting up the speciality according to market demand, market demand includes the demand of the market of source of students and careers market. But, is market demand the only criterion? The answer is negative. Because the speicality offered relies on the market regulation to cause talent's structural unemployment or structural shortage excessivly, make the quality of education difficult to guarantee too. Though the market requirement and demand guide of the speicality offered has catered to the demand that the careers market chooses the right person temporarily, often it is very easy too to be hit by other competitions school or the surplus of demand for talent. Because the market itself is constantly changeable, vary with market to offer the speciality, the speciality was not accumulated, it was difficult to form the professional characteristic. The non-governmental university, while setting up the speciality, besides considering market demand and offering the specialized cost, should adhere to set "speciality" spirit, namely external environment condition and one's own advantage inferior position in the school, there should be an accurate market orientation to the "speciality" development of the school. And do a long-term development plan to the "speciality" development of the school.The speciality is made up of courses, the characteristic of speciality is reflected by courses.Chapter two to the sixth of the thesis is focal point of the study. In chapter two of thesis I have designed "the investigation of wider background" (include teacher's questionnaire, student's questionnaire and interview), I take JQ institute as an example, but, hope my research has a typical meaning to the general similar school too, on the contrary, I hope to confirm the essential of JQ institute's question through the behavior of the same problem of other schools, in order to strengthen the result of this research-Have studied the problem of the speicality offered more objectively on the basisof the thing that chapter two is investigated in chapter three of thesis: The hot speciality is set up repeatedly; The social idea influences parents and student to make the market of source of students and careers market not correspond to to the specialized choice; The market leads the existing problem in the simple meaning; The speicality offered lacks the deep market research and strict scientific appraisal; The government lacks considering by every possible angle and overall plan to the speicality offered of non-governmental university.Chapter four of thesis is on the ration and qualitative analysis of chapter two and three foundation, infer rationally the repeated construction of the speicality offered of non-governmental university is government's policy guidance to the nongovernmental university, parents choose specialized pragmatism complex, run the scholar's market pressure and their own interests to drive interdynamic results of three sides.In chapter five, it is JQ institute specialized localization, also combine the case of JQ institute to prove how non-governmental university subdivides the market to find suitable field that oneself survive, and to have an accurate definition of status and goal of the field—Market orientation, thus make the specialities done find market demand accurately, establish the professional characteristic, form the trend of running a school.In chapter six, at the foundationof investigations and analyse above-mentioned, propose government strengthen macro adjustments and controls and expand autonomy of speicality offered combined together, the society changes idea and school implements "the course alliance", develop characteristic course of suitable one's own development, thus form the countermeasure and suggestion with characteristic speciality. The examinee and parents use the more long-term eyes choice speicality. The school adheres to the due "speciality" spirit of the university. Develop new, practical course and attract the student and parents through "course alliance", thus form the characteristic of the school and competition advantage. The government offers more professional service that put to non-governmental university and the society in place even more.
