Determined by the aim and standards of special talents, the five-year consistent system higher vocational education of college of tradition Chinese medicine has a system of its own characteristics both in types and levels .The characteristics and advantages of current course offered by the five-year higher vocational education of traditional Chinese medicine have failed to be shown in contents, forms and implementation .Meanwhile the research on courses offered conducted by theoretical circles in China has been relatively weak and it has not been much valued in the circles of theory and education. It is therefore quite necessary for us to make a thorough study of the problem.The object of study in this thesis is the courses offered for junior high school graduates of five-year consistent system, college level and regular educational level of higher vocational education. The study is conducted mainly from the angle of theoretical study.Following the principle of theory with practice, the thesis makes a thorough study of the present situation of the five-year consistent system courses offered for higher vocational college of traditional Chinese medicine and focuses on resolving the following two problems:1. The contributing factors and countermeasures of current courses offered for 7 higher vocational colleges of traditional Chinese medicine in china by adopting the five-year consistent system.2. The prospects for higher vocational courses of five-year consistent system traditional Chinese medicine. First, the thesis makes analyses and investigations on courses offered and engage in statistics on specialized teaching program adopted by 7 colleges in China, and illustrate the present situation of courses offered through such four aspects as the selection of aims, content, organization, implementation and evaluation. Theoretically, the thesis makes systematic analyses on factors affecting the courses offered with countermeasure analyses and the principles that courses offered should follow. Finally course the prospects for courses of five-year consistent college of traditional Chinese medicine.
