The elementary-level education and course reform have experienced profound and great change in the past five decades in China, satisfying progress have made in the construction of courses system and textbook, along with the reform on the contents of teaching and teaching approaches. The 21st century is a knowledge economy age with internationalization and science development. It is also a fast changing age, which is full of challenges with the co-existing of opportunity and hope. It is a hard task for the education staffs of China working in the education field to establish the new course system that is adaptable to the new age and can satisfy the requirements of the quality-oriented education so that we can change the situation that education concepts, education system, training modules are left behind, and depending on which the development of the youth and teenagers can be promoted. On the basis of absorbing Chinese educational tradition and the latest developments of constructivism research, along with the guidance of party's educational line, the emphasis of students' innovation and practical capability and the principle of "combining foreign theories with China's practice", this research has discussed the application of constructivism into the Chinese education in middle schools. The thesis has analyzed the present situation of the reform of Chinese teaching in middle schools, and has done systematic analysis on the ideas of course, quality, students, learning evaluation, quality of teachers, as well as the establishment of objectivity type teaching model. On the basis of these discussions some suggestions on the reform of Chinese education in middle school have been put forward. This research has practical significance for the deepening of Chinese education reform, the improvement of Chinese education efficiency, and the realization of humanity, integration, flexibility, personality, life-stylish in Chinese education, as well as the cultivation of the talents who are comply with the requirement of the age and society. Therefore this research has overcome the disadvantage of the lack of application of constructivism in middle school Chinese education, and has paved the way for the future researches.
