Constructivism theory emphasizes:The human knowledge is not pure objective, the knowledge of the learner is not taught by the teacher, but the learner constructs the knowledge by himself; The knowledge is not alone formal, but in forms with external environment's interactive process; The learner is the main body of study, but the learner is not instilled the viewpoints of the cognition theory into and so on . Since entering the, new century, along with the teaching reform of PE is unceasing deepening, Constructivism theory has been widely utilized into the sports teaching practice by the s new curriculum reform practice of PE in high school , serving in the sports teaching for adapting the students'demand better and promoting the students'the scale developments. Some new teaching theory has been on by the new physical education curriculum and teaching reform, and we further enriched and developed the system of constructivism theory. On this basis,Domestic renowned scholar: He Kekang first proposed the new model Constructivism Theory, he thought the new model Constructivism epistemology should be"unity of objective and subjective"; The education thought should be"lead–a combination of the main". The new construction theory has been obtained widely by the domestic scholar.This text inspects into the teaching reform of high school sports education by the new Constructivism field in Subei, By way of building the combination between new model constructivism theory and the sports teaching practice, discussing from the new mode constructive learning theory and the new mode constructive teaching theory, analysis the new mode constructive point of view in the students ,the knowledge, the teaching, the appraisal. All of these make of the theoretical foundation. Combination the teaching practice of physical education in Subei high school, this text probes into new model Constructivism teaching reform of PE on students'independent, the teachers and students'relations, the sports teaching guiding principle,the course content, the teaching method and the practice content of the teaching appraisal and the existence question, the text puts forward the new proposal. Survey shows that: The PE teachers and students have a certain basic knowledge of the new model Constructivism theory in Subei high school, the teaching practice of PE has made the good progress in Subei high school.but the measure with the new model Constructivism theory, there are still some issues of the PE teaching practice that can not be ignored in Subei high school.1,In the teaching practice of PE, although the teachers pay attention to the study enthusiasm of students'independence, but the students'main--body status had not been full obtained, for example: the quite teachers does not consider the students'demands when they formulate the teaching goals of PE; In the teaching process, the proportion of time between the teachers on the model and students'practice is not very reasonable, the teachers cannot achieve the teaches of only essentials and lots of students'practice, It isn't strong that the teachers guide the students to construct their own knowledge and skills. It is not enough about the Students'initiative, complex training performance and the spirit of cooperation.2,The PE teachers also have some erroneous zone on the understanding of new Constructivism theory. for example: the teaching content of PE have needn't been formulated by the teachers and students together; on the teaching method, the teachers'shows pays equal attention to the students'practice; on the teaching appraises, the students'emotion domain hasn't been taken seriously insufficiently.In view of the above questions, this text proposes that following suggests:1,In the teaching practice of PE, the teacher should full manifest student's main--body status. First, the teacher should establish the new democracy--cooperation relations of the teacher and students; Next, in the foundation of stimulating students'academic motivation, the teacher enhances the students'the study consciousness, significance construction ability of knowledge skill and innovation ability independently; In the teaching method, the teacher should further complete the teacher's essentials of teaches and give students lots of practice.2,The PE teachers must strengthen to study the new constructivism theory, they utilize these effectively into the teaching practice of PE, let teachers take students the full respect, display students'main--body status as the breakthrough point, and understand truly and know how to utilize organization course content of the new constructivism theory, the plan teaching method, organize the student to practice and carry on the study appraisal of PE.3,By the PE teaching reform practice of the new constructivism theory, we must insist"subjective - objective unifies"epistemology and the teaching thought of"the leading - main body unifies". From two stratifications of the philosophy and the pedagogy to understand, it is important link indispensably to study and utilize the teaching idea of new constructivism.
