A good many scientific education research problems lie ahead of the elementary and secondary school teachers currently, some of which, for instance, are:Whether we will painstakingly keep to the certain kind of "formula" to fabricate the exoterica oriented depending on the objective merit tropism, or focus on the solution of some authentic problems existing in school practical education in order to advance school educational quality affections?Whether we will concern scientific and technical quality but the teachers have difficulties in understanding the research progenies of so-called "highbrow art and literature" depending on the mathodological merit tropism , or practically interpose the research ways and means that the teachers are exercising and let all of the teachers sharethe extractive sample which they love to see and hear ?This thesis mainly discourses upon the problems about the scientific education research lying ahead of the elementary and secondary school teachers under the new curricular experimental context, such as the significance about the scientific education research, the importance for both the schools and teachers development,especially the choices about the research problems etc,Which further clarifies the countermeasures of how the elementary and secondary school teachers develop their scientific education research in the new situation by analyzing of the causes of formation resulting from the above-mentioned problems.
