After the reforming and opening of china ,private colleges made good use of the opportunity of the rapid development about China's higher education and the lack which common colleges don't satisfy the developmental need, with It's advantages of facing the market and flexible system and became an important segment of China's higher education. Along with the scale-up of the higher education, private colleges face the larger and larger vacuum, but along with the larger and larger domestic investors and the entrance of foreign schools, private colleges face more and more serious competitions. In the course of the rapid development of China's higher education, private colleges catch hold of this chance and set down the strategic goal of long-term development, but what is the key of the private colleges carrying out the strategic goal? How to improve the quality of running a school, satisfying the need of country and society, and providing good services for their 'customers' become the keys of the success or failure of private colleges. Most private colleges put a lot of financial and material resources to enhance the hardware establishment, the scale and level of colleges, but they meet a common bottle-neck, that is the number and quality of the teachers don't get guarantee. Education quality is depended on whether or not the college owns high quality human resources. Under such background, It is practically significant to improve the building of teachers about studying strategic human resources management.Basing on the human-resources management and the strategic human resources management, this article amplifies on the strategic human resources management of private colleges, and expatiates its characteristic and content. Though analyzing the human-resources of private colleges, we can found, the diversification component of private college's teachers, the illegitimate makeup, the lack of stability and the big fluid, the biggish proportion of part-time teachers and over-aged teachers, the imbalance of teachers' high diplomas scientific research level and the undenseness of Academia, etc, which is correlated with the strategic human resources management of private colleges. This article analyses the problems of the private colleges' strategic human resources management, brings forward correlative countermeasures and advices, at the same time this article analyses the system of the private colleges' strategic human resources management, and discusses the system' s building.
