The campus culture in college is an important constituent of the socialist advanced culture. Strengthening the campus cultural reconstruction can promote the education reform development, and it also has a very signify meaning in strengthening and improving the political education, towards university students, in comprehensively enhancing the university student's quality.Undering the realistic background of further development of the socialism market economy and the reform and open policy, as well as the strengthening and improvement of political education towards university students, we must take the Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thought in the "Three represents" as the instructions to persist the right direction of the development of socialism advanced culture, to obey the rule of cultural development, to borrow and absorb our predecessor's beneficial achievement.
