Vocational middle education in our country the city have been facing to developdifficultly, some middle vocational schools are reorganized because the number ofstudent is only a little, however the scale of school can not still reach to the standard.Moreover, many middle vocational graduate can not find suitable job. Developmentof Our city economy don't need middle vocational education? The fact is really not so.For example, technician is only a small part in all employees. Technician is so shortthat the government have to pay attention to the problem. Many enterprise aredeveloping difficultly without enough technician.If vocational middle education continue to exit, vocational middle educationmust get away from traditional occupation training mode. Middle vocationaleducation must train synthesis professional ability. First, we gave the definition ofsynthesis professional ability;From angle in theory, analyzed the formation process ofsynthesis professional ability;From teaching angle, investigated how to trainsynthesis professional ability in the teaching practice;From the macroscopic angle,introduced the abroad theories of vocational education and National VocationalQualifications System,we should learn the successful experience of the abroadvocational education;Aiming at the problem of synthesis professional ability training ,we Summarized some principle measures in some aspects which are involved invocational the education management, learning mode, course mode, the teachingmethod to train synthesis professional abilities , evaluation of synthesis professionalabilities and so on. I concluded some individual views in the analysis and research ofthe above problems.
