Warmly discussion and research has been given to teacher education in most countries of the world since 1980s.While pushing forward the eighth course reform in the elementary education at the beginning of the 21th century, China still gives impetus to the development of the professionalization of teaching occupation and the professional development for teacher education.Teacher is the key factor of the curriculum reform. The quality education as well as the creation education can not be achieved unless there are teachers groups with high quality. Therefore, in order to adapt to the development and the course reform in the elementary education, it is necessary to step forward the teacher education reform, to deepen the educational & teaching reform, to readjust the training standards, to innovate the ways and means of teaching, to set up the disciplines & curricula scientifically and to revolute the modes for teacher preparation. Based on the newly curriculum reform and teacher professionalization, the thesis , which makes an analysis towards the weak points of both traditional and current mode of teacher talent cultivation, puts forward some constructional strategies for current China's new mode of teacher talent cultivation. Five parts are included in this thesis:The first part is foreword, which briefly introduces the significance of the research, the research state in-and-abroad, the character of the research and the ways of researching. Then it points out that it is urgent to transfer and reconstruct the mode of teacher talent cultivation.The second part is to give the definition of the teacher talent cultivation, to make clear the characteristics and its inner factors of the mode of teacher talent cultivation.The third part argues about the essential reason and the necessity of transferring the mode of teacher talent cultivation by illustrating the weak points rooted from both traditional and current mode.The fourth part firstly puts forward some valuable direction which the new mode turn to. Then some strategies are to be elaborate to construct the new mode of teacher talent cultivation: to set up the disciplines & curricula scientifically and promote the teachers' profession development;to adjust the structures of the curricula, and strengthen teachers' professional position;to attach importance to teaching methods and teaching aids, to emphasize the ethic of caring in teaching;integrative teachers' education of pre-service and in-service training must be constructed to accelerate life-long teacher education;to pluralize the training model;to carry out authoritative teacher qualification certificate system.The fifth part is concern about the main viewpoint of this thesis.There are two new ideas in this thesis: one is the innovation of the research methods, which probe the teacher talent cultivation mode under the new curriculum reform & teacher professionalization. The other is that this thesis puts forwards a series of strategies for the construction of the teacher talent cultivation mode.
