Pedagogy as an exotic thing, has long benefited from traditional education theories, relative subject theories and foreign theories in its theoretical development. These three theoretical resources have a deep impact on research methods, research tradition and problematic consciousness of education theory. However, as we have observed, transplantation and quotation is a double-bladed sword, which can expand the researching aspect of education theory and enrich it, meanwhile, too much attached to the external root because of borrowing, our education theory's own research characters have been hindered. Therefore, in the mean time of quotation and introspection, the creative transformation of education theory has become a huge problem requiring immediate settlement in the present educational research. This thesis is intended to study the transformational mechanism of education theory under the established transformational theme. The research of transformational mechanism is a difficult and grand project. This thesis exclusively explores the mechanisms from three aspects and specifies the leading theories. By the way of this creative transformation, a solid academic foundation will be established for education theories and it is also hoped that people will be led to explore and reform the world in consideration of pedagogy and that the features of the research of education theories will be accented. The first part gives a simple analysis of the contribution to the education theories made by the three theoretical resources. The second part is dedicated to find out the problems with the transplantation and quotation processes. The third part, it gropes after the maintransformational mechanisms from the three aspects, i.e., field transformation, subject transformation, and time and space transformation.
