Because rural old person influence by many kinds of factors (mainly economic factor ), a kind of attitude of keeping someone at a respectful distance exists to the social endowment insurance , demand of the medical insurance;Making some the elderly need the society to poorly of the countryside, but the implementation of the minimum living security system in the countryside has notbrought the result anticipated to them;Though there are enormous markets in the countryside in the social welfare demand, is nearly a blank.This research is on the basis that the result is analyzed, have proposed the following suggestion: First, accelerate the rural economic system reform, improve peasants' income level conscientiously. Second, strengthen social security propaganda of knowledge, improve rural old person's knowledge of knowledge of social security conscientiously. Third, create condition actively, meet rural the elderly demand of cultural life. Fourth, do rural community construction well actively, give play to the role in social security of village. The fifth, take diversified social security forms actively, enrich the rural theoretical system of social security.In a word, we should build of old , social atmosphere that respect the elderly actively, improve rural cultural life quality of old person conscientiously, make rural old person really looked after properly in the old age , provide elderly with proper medical treatment , do something in the old age , provide the elderly with opportunities to enjoy themselves.
