From this theme, the paper taking the rural migrant workers of Shanghai asresearch objects, the effective realization of their social security demands as the centre, theequilibrium of social security demands and supplies as main point, the social survey on thespot as method, through the combination of theoretical and empirical analysis, hasmeasured the effective degree that the current social security system arrangements canmake the rural migrant workers’ social security demands come true and by the constructionof the relevant models has made analysis to the relevant factors that influence the migrantworkers’ social security demands’ effective achievement, and then has pointed out it is verynecessary to make specific designs from the aspects of increasing system supply,strengthening the abilities of demand satisfaction and realizing supply and demandconnection to effectively achieve the present migrant workers’ social security demands.
