Recently, the psychological health issue becomes a critical problem for students in their school daily life, which largely and directly affects the study quality of students, also affects the enhancement of national quality. Nowadays, it is very difficult to be satisfying with the result of school psychological health education. Teachers are the core part within the education activities, the teachers health education knowledge level are playing very important role, whose knowledge and effects could influence the basis of health education. However, the recognition of primary and middle school' s psychological health education teachers is weak;it also becomes a key problem. What are the statuses of the psychological teachers' ? What are the influencing factors? How to improve the recognition of this kind of teachers? And all the other crucial problems are needed to be carefully answered.This research is based on the existing research results, as well as relevant pedagogy, psychology and other relative theories, the research is also based on the results of literature review and devoted at researching of recognition ofpsychological health teachers, as a result, it states these teachers can promote students' psychological quality, maintain their psychological health, develop their potentiality under the direction of psychology, pedagogy, sociology and so on. Furthermore, these teachers will be the educators of improving students' integrity quality. The psychological health education teachers directly affect the result of students' psychological health;so building up the recognition of this kind of teachers becomes the premise. As a result of the various factors influence, the current recognition of primary and middle school' s psychological health education teachers have not been recognized with a correct status, furthermore, the status of this kind of teachers always confused with administrators, ethical professionals and ordinary teachers, most people think the function of this kind of teachers is merely to maintain students' psychological health or teach only psychological knowledge. The reason of this is various, mainly includes the unclear definition of psychological education, the effect of examination mechanism, incorrect of health education management, lack of scientific appraisal mechanism and so on. In order to improve this situation and effectively raise thestatus of psychologically health education teachers, the overall solution will be based on valuing the importance of psychological health education to the students, moreover, to release teachers' extra worries are quite necessary. Then achieve the goal of management standardization and establishing the authority organization to carry on service training, inspection, which suits for our school' s psychological health education patterns.
