The purpose of this research is to structure the linking degree basically of teacher's psychological health of middle and primary schools.This research accords with the research about teacher's psychological health both at home and abroad on the basis of open questionnaire investigation and interview, structure out the linking degree basically of teacher's psychological health, analysed through the exploratory factor, work out the formal questionnaire, analyse through the proving factor that proves the formal questionnaire structure result degree good, inspection proves too this formal questionnaire has good letter degree. With examining behavior and characteristic of checking the psychological health of different sex of data analysis , teacher of academic credentials , length of teaching and school type of this questionnaire.The result of this research is as follows:1.The psychological health of teacher structuring it links degree and has 6 basically: Job Burnout (Exhaustion, Depersonalization, Reduced personal accomplishment) , Personality Disorder (avoidant personality disorder, paranoid personality disorder, compulsive personality disorder.) , setback deal with with mood (setback and pressure adaptability to response bad, passive mood experiencing, bad self- consciousness) , body symptom bad, bad outlook on life, social adaptive capacity bad (lead colleague to be family relationship harmonious with school, the relation with student is not harmonious, the relation with other social groups accords with regular rules, do notadapt to various kinds of new challenges).2.It shows that the job links the measurement of degree languidly: (1) In the depleted respect of mood , there is remarkable main effect of school type, among them the score of the teacher of middle school is higher than the grade teacher's score notably; Remarkable in this respect sex and academic credentials , sex and reciprocation difference of the type of school, the score of secondary normal school or the man teacher of the academic credentials of special secondary school is lower than the man teacher of graduate student's academic credentials notably, the score of the schoolmarm of middle school is higher than the score of the schoolmarm of primary school notably. (2)In individualized respect of going , have remarkable sex , academic credentials , school type main effect, in this respect, the schoolmarm scores and is higher than a man teacher notably, the score of secondary normal school or the academic teacher of the special secondary school is higher than the junior college or the academic teacher of the undergraduate course notably, higher than graduate student's academic teacher notably too, the score of the teacher of middle school is higher than a grade teacher notably; In this respect, the reciprocation difference of sex and school type is remarkable.(3)In the low respect of the fulfillment, the main effect of the remarkable academic credentials , school type exists, among them, the score of secondary normal school or the academic teacher of the special secondary school is higher than the junior college or the academic teacher of the undergraduate course notably, higher than graduate student's academic teacher notably too, the score of the teacher of middle school is higher than the grade teacher's score notably; In this respect, the score of the schoolmarm of middle school is higher than the score of the schoolmarm of primary school notably..3.It shows that the personality obstacle links the measurement of degree.(1)In forcing type personality obstacle, there is main effect of remarkable academic credentials, school type, the score of secondary normal school or the academic teacher of the special secondary school is higher than the junior college or the academic teacher of the undergraduate course notably, higher than graduate student's academic teacher notably too,the score of the teacher of middle school is higher than the grade teacher's score notably.
